GLAZED GRAY CORNED BEEF

4 pounds gray corned
2 cinnamon sticks (each about 3 inches long)
1 large onion, diced
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1. Place the gray corned
beef brisket in an 8-quart Dutch oven and put in enough water
to cover the brisket.

boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 2 hours
or until gray corned beef brisket is fork tender.
