** 3 RECIPES FOR YOU **
Brown Sugar-Walnut Glazed Ham
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 2 Hours and 40 Minutes
Ready in: about 2 hours and 55 Minutes WITH standing time
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients:
1 10-pound cooked ham, bone in
2 cups apple cider
Brown Sugar-Walnut Mixture:
1 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cup finely walnuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Insert meat thermometer into center of ham without touching
bone.
3. Place ham in baking dish and pour the apple cider over the
ham.
4. Roast the ham in the oven, basting with cider every 30 minutes
for a total cooking time of 2 to 2 1/2 hours (12 to 15 minutes
per pound), or until thermometer registers 140 degrees.
5. Meanwhile, in medium size mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar,
rosemary, thyme, mustard and walnuts. Set aside.
6. Remove the ham from oven during the last 40 minutes and firmly
pat the brown sugar-walnut mixture all over the ham. Return to
oven and continue roasting until crust is brown and ham is done.
7. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
8. Slice and serve with sauce.

Orange-Raisin Glazed Ham
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 2 Hours
Ready In: about 2 Hours and 15 Minutes With standing time
Makes 14 to 16 servings
Ingredients
1 8-pound fully cooked whole boneless ham
Orange-Raisin Glaze:
1 18-oz jar orange marmalade preserves
1 2-oz package slivered almonds
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. In a medium sized bowl, make the glaze by stirring together
well the orange marmalade preserves, almonds, raisins and lemon
juice. Set aside..
3. Place the ham in a shallow roasting pan and bake in the oven
for 2 hours (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer
registers 140 degrees F. Spoon glaze over ham once or twice during
the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
4. Remove ham from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
5. Slice thinly to serve.

Brown Sugar-Cinnamon Glazed Ham
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 1 Hour and 45 Minutes
Ready in: about 2 Hours With standing time
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients:
1 5-pound fully cooked whole boneless ham
3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons dry white wine
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 325 degree F.
2. Place the ham on rack in shallow pan and roast the for about
1 hour and 45 minutes or until internal temperature reads 140
degrees F.
3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together mustard, brown sugar,
cinnamon, basil, thyme and wine. Set aside.
4. Brush ham with this glaze during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
4. Remove ham from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
5. Slice to serve.
