** 3 RECIPES FOR YOU **
Honey-Apricot Glazed Ham
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 1 Hours and 55 Minutes
Ready in: about 2 hours WITH standing time
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients:
5-pound fully cooked whole boneless ham
Honey-Apricot Glaze:
1 cup honey
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
2/3 cup apricot nectar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Place the ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered,
in a 325 degree F. oven for 1 1/4 hours or until meat thermometer
registers 140 degrees F. (about 15-18 minutes per pound.)
3. Meanwhile, for the glaze, in a small saucepan, combine
the honey, brown sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, cloves, rosemary
and thyme. Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Cook over
medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
4. Brush the ham with the honey-apricot glaze. Continue baking
15-20 minutes more, brushing occasionally with glaze.
7. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
8. Slice and serve with sauce.

Honey-Molasses Glazed Ham
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: about 2 Hours
Ready In: about 2 Hours and 25 Minutes With standing time
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients
5-pound fully cooked boneless ham
4 cloves garlic
Honey-Molasses Glaze:
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup molasses
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F.
2. Peel and slice the garlic cloves. Set aside.
3. Using the tip of a paring knife, cut slits in ham roast. Insert
garlic slices into slits.
4. In a medium bowl, stir together honey, molasses, thyme, basil
and pepper.
5. Spread honey-molasses mixture over ham.
6. Wrap the ham with heavy-duty foil.
7. Place foil-wrapped ham in roasting pan. Roast for 2 hours
or until internal temperature as measured with a meat thermometer
is 140 degrees F. (about 15-18 minutes per pound.)
7. Remove ham from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
8. Slice thinly to serve.

Pepper Jelly Glazed Spiral Cut Ham
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 1 Hour and 30 Minutes
Ready in: about 1 Hour and 45 Minutes With standing time
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
6 lb. spiral cut ham
1 jar of hot pepper jelly
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degree F.
2. Place the ham in shallow pan and roast for 1 1/2 hours or
until internal temperature as measured with a meat thermometer
is 140 degrees F. (about 15-18 minutes per pound.)
4. During the last 15 minutes, pour the pepper jelly over ham,
spreading evenly. Heat for 10-15 minutes more, basting occasionally.
4. Remove ham from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
5. Slice to serve.
