** 3 RECIPES FOR YOU **
Grilled Seasoned Delmonico Steaks
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 14 Minutes
Ready In: about 19 Minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 Delmonico Steaks, cut about 1 inch thick
3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons crack black pepper
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rosemary, garlic, lemon peel
oil, pepper and salt; then press evenly onto both sides of the
Delmonico Steaks
.
3. Place the Delmonico Steaks onto the heated grill grid and
grill, uncovered, about 11 to 14 minutes for medium rare to medium
doneness, turning occasionally.

Grilled Chicken Kabobs
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: about 15 Minutes
Ready in: about 1 Hours and 25 Minutes WITH marinating time
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons rosemary
1 medium yellow onion, cut into wedges
1 medium zucchini, cut into thick slices
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into chunks
1 medium yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced into chunks
16 cherry tomatoes
metal skewers
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken into bite size chucks. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the salad dressing, olive
oil, basil and rosemary. Add the chicken chucks, onion, zucchini,
peppers and tomatoes. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour.
3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
4. Thread alternating pieces of chicken and vegetables onto the
metal skewers. NOTE: Discard unused marinade.
5. Grill the chicken skewers for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally,
until chicken is cooked through.

Grilled Italian Chicken Cutlets
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 15 Minutes
Ready in: about 20 Minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 lbs. of boneless skinless chicken cutlets
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons rosemary
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, prepare the basting sauce by combining
the oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, rosemary, salt and pepper until
blended.
3. Place the chicken culets on the heated grill grid and grill,
uncovered, turning occasionally and basting with basting sauce,
15 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers
170°F. Note: Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
4. To serve, sprinkle the grilled chicken cutlets with the
grated Parmesan cheese.
