** RECIPES **
Romano Club Sirloin Steaks
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 to 15 Minutes
Ready In: about 25 Minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 Club Sirloin Steaks
2 garlic cloves chopped finely
1/3 cup fresh sweet basil
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1/3 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. In a medium bowl, grind the chopped garlic cloves and sweet
basil into a paste.
3. Mix in the Romano cheese, sage, thyme, oregano and tomato
paste; beat in olive oil.
4. Place the Club Sirloin Steaks on a broiling pan.
5. Broil the Club Sirloin on one side for 4 to 5 minutes for
rare, or 5 to 7 minutes for medium; turn steak and broil for
an additional 2 to 3 minutes for rare or 3 to 4 minutes for medium.
6. Remove the Club Sirloin and spread each steak with Romano
cheese mixture, return to broiler for an additional 1 1/2 minutes;
then serve.

Boneless Herb-Roasted Pork Roast
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 2 Hours
Ready In: 2 hours and 20 Minutes
Makes 6
Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless pork roast
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Crush garlic with thyme, rosemary, basil, cumin, salt and
pepper, making a paste.
3. Pierce the boneless pork roast with a sharp knife in several
places and press the garlic paste into the openings. Rub the
boneless pork roast with the remaining garlic mixture and olive
oil.
4. Place the boneless pork roast into oven for 2 hours, turning
and basting with pan liquids. After 2 hours remove the boneless
pork roast to a platter. Heat the wine in the pan and stir to
loosen browned bits of food on the bottom.
5. Serve with pan juices.

Seasoned Baked Boneless Chicken Breasts
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 35 to 40 Minutes
Ready In: about 45 Minutes
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
vegetable oil spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels. Set
aside.
2. Lightly spray an oven-safe casserole dish with the vegetable
oil spray; then arrange the chicken breasts evenly in the casserole
dish.
4. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice,
thyme, rosemary, oregano and black pepper; then rub the mixture
onto the top of each chicken breast
5. Combine remaining ingredients except pepper and rub well
on each breast. Sprinkle with pepper. Refrigerate, uncovered,
for at least 1 hour. For even more flavor, marinate the chicken
overnight.
6. Place the chicken filled casserole dish into the oven and
bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes, or until juices run clear
when breasts are pierced with a knife. Serve with any pan juices.
NOTE: NEVER, NEVER LET YOUR CHILDREN COOK OR GRILL UNSUPERVISED!
