About the Cook's® Spiral Cut Hams Available At Haverhill
Beef For Easter . . . .
Cook's® is the nation's leading brand of traditional and
spiral sliced smoked bone-in ham, corned beef and other smoked
meat items. Since its' introduction by Cook Family Foods in 1983,
Cook's® branded products have been packaged and sold to leading
supermarket chains and independent grocers throughout the United
States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, Cook Family Foods merged
with ConAgra Foods, Inc., in October 1988, ultimately becoming
ConAgra Foods Ham Business Unit. Manufacturing facilities
are currently located in Lincoln, NE, Grayson, KY, and Kansas
City, MO.
Great tasting is the best way to describe Cook's® traditional
spiral sliced bone-in ham. Cured with either real honey or pure
brown sugar, Cook's® spiral sliced hams are fully cooked
and pre-sliced for easy heating and serving. The amount of preparation

Ingredients:
1 Cook's® Bone-in Spiral Cut Half Ham, about 9 pounds
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon water
Directions:
1. Prepare and heat ham according to package directions.
2. Make glaze. Stir together brown sugar, mustard, and water
in small bowl.
3. Spread glaze on ham when 30 minutes remain. Continue heating
ham uncovered.
4. Carve ham and serve.
Serving Suggestions: Serve a Cook's® Spiral Cut Ham on
top of a ham rack and your guests can use a fork to lift the
slices.

Cook's® Orange-Honey Glazed Ham
Cooking Technique: Bake

1 Cook's® Bone-in Spiral Cut Half Ham, about 9 pounds
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup orange juice
Directions:
1. Prepare and heat ham according to package directions.
2. Make glaze: stir together brown sugar, honey, and orange
juice in small bowl until mixed.
3. Spoon or brush glaze over ham when 30 minutes remain. Continue
heating ham uncovered.
4. Carve ham and serve.

Cook's® Glazed Ham with Raisin Chutney Sauce
Cooking Technique: Bake
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: Over one hour
Yield: 20 servings (1-1/2 cups sauce; 6 oz ham per svg)
Ingredients:
1 Cook's® Bone-in Spiral Cut Half Ham*, about 9 pounds
1/2 cup mango chutney, large pieces chopped
1/4 cup raisins, finely minced
1 1/2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. Prepare ham according to package directions.
2. Make Raisin Chutney Glaze: stir together chutney, raisins,
vinegar, curry powder, and ginger in small bowl. Set aside.
3. Remove ham from oven 30 minutes before done and brush glaze
on ham. Continue baking ham uncovered.
4. Carve ham and serve.
