** 3 RECIPES FOR YOU **

Boneless Chicken Breasts Grilled With Butter And Honey

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ready in: 30 Minutes
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
Honey-Butter Blend:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup honey
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
1. Melt the stick of butter and let cool.

3. In blender, combine the butter, honey, garlic, thyme, oregano, rosemary and black pepper until smooth.

4. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.

5. Grill boneless chicken breasts, turning occasionally and basting with honey-butter blend, 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F. Note: Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

London Broil Marinated On The Grill

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 14 to 18 Minutes
Ready In: about 4 Hours and 20 Minutes WITH marinating time
Makes 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients:
2 lbs. London Broil Steak cut to about 1 1/2 inches thick
5 large cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
1 tsp. fresh rosemary
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
olive oil

Directions:
1. With a food process or blender, add the garlic, salt, black pepper, red wine, parsley, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and honey and mix until smooth to make marinade.

2. Add the marinade mixture above into a resealable plastic bag along with the London Broil steak. Be sure that the entire steak is covered with the marinade.

3. Seal the bag after removing all excess air and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

4. Oil the COLD grill grids.

5. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.

6. Remove the London Broil steak from the bag and place on the heated grill grid and cook for 14 to 18 minutes for medium-rare (145°F internal temperature), turning once. NOTE: Discard unused marinade.

7. When cook, place the steak on a carving board and let stand for 10 minutes. After the standing time, using a sharp knife, cut the steak across the grain a 45° angle into thin slices then serve.

Boneless Honey Grilled Pork Chops

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Ready in: about 4 Hours and 20 Minutes WITH marinating time
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops cut about 1 inch thick
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2 cloves of garlic minced

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together until smooth the lemon juice, honey thyme, rosemary, black pepper, soy sauce, sherry and garlic. Add the mixture to a resealable plastic bag.

2. Add the boneless pork chops, seal the bag after removing all excess air and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

3. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.

4. Place the marinated pork chops on the grill grids and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
