** 3 RECIPES FOR YOU **

Grilled Fiesta Chicken Breasts

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ready in: 25 Minutes
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup chili sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon rosemary

Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

2. In small bowl, blend together the honey, lemon juice, vinegar and rosemary.

3. Place the chicken breasts on grill grid and grill uncovered, turning occasionally and brushing with glaze, 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F. Note: Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

Grilled Herbed Club Sirloin Steaks

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 12 Minutes
Ready In: 22 Minutes
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 Club Sirloin steaks, cut 1-inch thick
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the parsley, basil, rosemary and pepper; and rub into both sides of Rib Eye steaks.

3. Place each Club Sirloin steak on grill grid and grill uncovered to desired doneness, approximately 5 to 7 minutes for medium-rare (150°F).

Chicken Tenders On The Grill

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: about 15 Minutes
Ready in: 25 Minutes
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breast tenderloins
3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
pepper to taste
salt to taste

Directions:
1. Pre-heat the grill to medium heat.

2. Blue Cheese Dip: In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, blue cheese, rosemary and garlic until blended; refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Chop the garlic. Set aside.

3. In a microwave oven or saucepan over the stove top, melt the butter. Set aside.

4. Basting Sauce: In small bowl, combine hot pepper sauce, butter, pepper and salt until blended.

5. Place the chicken breast tenderloins on the grill and cook uncovered; turning occasionally and basting with the basting sauce mixture for 13 to 15 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F. Note: Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

6. Remove the cooked chicken tenderloins from the grill and place on a platter for individual serving..

7. To serve, place a serving portion of cooked chicken tenderloins on a plate and then dip the tenderloin into the blue cheese dip.

** WINERY REVIEW **

Da Vinci Chianti Riserva . . . .

About the Winemaker:
Established in 1961, Cantine Leonardo da Vinci sources only the finest grapes from premium Chianti and Chianti Classico vineyards. The result is premium, concentrated fruit which is then skillfully crafted into distinctive, fruit-forward, new world style Chianti. "A new world approach to an old world classic."

Da Vinci Chianti Riserva Tasting Notes:
Imported from Italy, this wine has a ruby red in color, with rich chromatic nuances and a distinctly fruity bouquet where the cherry tone is mitigated by a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. The flavor reflects the spicy undertone of the aroma and is balanced by a fine tannic note.

Vinification: Ripe grapes are picked and vinified by leaving the grape skins to macerate for 12-14 days. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28/29°C. After racking, the wine is left to complete its mololactic fermentation.

Grapes: Sangiovese 100%.

Aging: The wine is refined by placing it in french oak casks for 12 months then in bottles for 4 months.

Serving Suggestions: Roast of red meat, mixed meat grills, game, dishes containing truffle, mature Pecorino cheese. Serve at 18°C.
