** 3 RECIPES FOR YOU **
Grilled Honey-Molasses Pork Spareribs
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 to 1 1/2 Hours
Ready In: about 1 1/2 Hours
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients:
4 lbs. country style pork ribs
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ground mustard
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
Directions:
1. Place pork ribs in a large shallow baking dish.
2. In medium bowl stir lemon
juice into flour until smooth, stir in molasses, honey, soy sauce,
mustard, rosemary, Worcestershire and chili powder.
3. Pour over pork ribs, turning
to coat.
4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
5. Using the INDIRECT HEAT METHOD,
grill pork ribs over heat for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until
tender.

Grilled Honey-Garlic Bone In
Thick Pork Chops
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Marinating Time: 2 Hours
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Ready In: 2 Hours and 30 Minutes
Makes 4 to 8 servings
Ingredients:
8 thin cut pork chops
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon white wine
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Place honey, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, white wine,
soy sauce, onion powder, minced garlic and mustard in a large
resealable plastic bag.
2. Slash fatty edge of each chop
in about three places without cutting into the meat (This will
prevent the meat from curling during cooking.)
3. Add pork chops to the plastic
bag, and marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
4> Oil grill grid.
4. Preheat grill for high heat.
5. Place pork chops on the grill
over high heat. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, or until
done.

Grilled Teriyaki And Brown Sugar
Boneless Pork Roast
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Marinating Time: 8 Hours
Cook Time: 45 minutes to 85 Minutes
Standing Time: 10 Minutes
Ready In: 9 Hours to 9 Hours and 40 Minutes
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
3 pound boneless pork roast
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
3/4 cup dry red wine
3/4 cup chili sauce
Directions:
1. Place boneless pork loin roast in large self-sealing bag;
add brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, wine, chili sauce, cloves, rosemary,
pepper and garlic powder. Seal bag and agitate gently to mix
marinade thoroughly.
2. Refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight,
turning occasionally.
3. Prepare grill using the INDIRECT
METHOD to medium-hot (cover).
4. Remove boneless pork roast
from marinade; reserving marinade in small bowl for basting.
Grill boneless pork roast over indirect heat for 45 minutes to
85 Minutes, until internal temperature reads 150-155 degrees
F. Brush frequently with reserved marinade during the last 15-20
minutes of grilling.
5. Let boneless pork roast stand
10 minutes before slicing to serve.

** PORK GRILLING TIPS FROM HAVERHILL
BEEF **
Pork is best and safe when cooked
to medium doneness reaching 160 degrees F. on a meat thermometer.
Correctly cooked pork will always be juicy and tender, with a
slight blush of pink in the center.

Pork today is very lean and should
not be overcooked. Whenever possible based on the cut, use a
thermometer to test for doneness. Cook larger cuts of pork to
150° F; remove from the grill and allow to set for 10 minutes
before slicing. The temperature of the roast will continue to
rise to 160° F and the pork juices will redistribute throughout
the roast before slicing.
NOTE: NEVER, NEVER LET YOUR CHILDREN
COOK OR GRILL UNSUPERVISED!
