GARLIC AND LEMON BONELESS PORK CHOPS

Cook Time: 10 to 12 Minutes
Ready In: about 17 Minutes
EXCLUDING marinating time.
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
8 boneless pork chops
cut about 1 inch thick
2 teaspoons paprika
Marinade:
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
4 ounces Chopped Garlic
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
2 tablespoons dried, crushed tarragon
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl,
mix together well the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, rosemary,
tarragon and thyme; then pour marinade into a resealable plastic
bag.
2. Place the boneless pork chops
into the resealable plastic bag; turn to coat. Close the bag
and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or up to 24 hours,
turning occasionally.
3. Remove the boneless pork chops
from the bag; drain and discard marinade.
4. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
5. Place the marinated boneless
pork chops on the grill grids; sprinkle the chops with a little
paprika and grill for 5 to 6 minutes or until brown. Turn chops;
sprinkle with paprika again and grill for 5 to 6 minutes more
or until chops are cook thoroughly.

GRILLED
LEMON & HERB CLUB SIRLOIN STEAKS
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 16 to 18 Minutes
Ready In: about 28 Minutes
Makes 4
Ingredients:
4 boneless Club Sirloin
steaks cut about 1 inch thick
2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 large clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Pre-heat grill to
medium heat.
2. In small mixing bowl, combine
thoroughly the lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley and
pepper.
3. Press the mixture above into
both sides of steaks.
4. Place the steaks on the heated
grill grids and grill uncovered for about 16 for medium-rare
to about 18 minutes for medium doneness, turning occasionally.

GRILLED
BBQ CHICKEN BREASTS BREASTS
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ready in: 25 Minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless and skinless
chicken breast
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons steak sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium
heat.
2. In small bowl, combine ketchup,
steak sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard and onion powder
until well blended.
3. Grill chicken breasts, turning
occasionally and basting with barbecue mixture, 20 minutes or
until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.
Note: Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

ITALIAN-STYLE DELMONICO (RIB EYE) STEAKS
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 to 14 Minutes
Ready In: 15 to 19 Minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 Delmonico (rib eye)
Steaks
dash of salt (optional)
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Seasoning Mixture:
2 tsp. fresh chopped thyme
3 tsp. minced cloves garlic
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp.olive oil.
Directions:
1. Pre-heat grill to
medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine thoroughly the thyme, garlic, black
pepper, oregano, rosemary, Italian seasoning and olive oil until
well blended.
3. Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of each steak, pressing
evenly.
4. Place steaks on heated grill grid and grill, covered, 10 to
14 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once.
During last 2 minutes of grilling, sprinkle with the parmesan
cheese. Season with salt, as desired.
