
GRILLED LEMON & HERB LONDON BROIL
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Ready in: about 25 Minutes
Makes 2 to 3 servings
Ingredients:
2 pounds of London Broil
Steak
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine
lemon zest, garlic, thyme, rosemary and pepper. Press mixture
into both sides of steaks.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
3. Place steak on grill grid
and grill for about 16 minutes for medium-rare (145°F internal
temperature), turning once.
4. Remove steaks from grill and
place on a cutting board and let stand for 10 minutes.
5. To Carve: Cut steaks across
the grain into thin slices to serve.

GRILLED BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS THAI-STYLE
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ready in: about 4 Hours
and 20 Minutes WITH marinating time
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 cloves minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl,
whisk together all ingrediient EXCEPT chicken breast. Add the
mixture to a resealable plastic bag.
2. Add the boneless chicken breasts,
seal the bag after removing all excess air and place in the refrigerator
for at least 4 hours. (8 to 12 Hours is best)
3. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
4. Remove the chicken breasts
and reserve the marinate for basting.
5. Grill boneless chicken breasts,
turning occasionally and basting, for 20 minutes or until meat
thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F. Note: Do
not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Discard any
remaining marinade.

GRILLED SPICY CLUB SIRLOIN STEAKS
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Ready in: about 20 Minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 Club Sirloin Steak
Rub:
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
2 tsp. sweet paprika
2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine
seasoning ingredients; press evenly onto both sides of steaks.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
3. Place steak on grill grid
and grill uncovered for about 14 to 16 minutes for medium-rare
(145°F internal temperature), turning once.
4. Remove steaks from grill and
place on a cutting board and let stand for 10 minutes.

GRILLED EASY MARINATED BONELESS PORK CHOPS
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating
Time: 20 Minutes or as
long as overnight
Cook Time: 8 to 11 Minutes
Ready in: about 30 Minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops,
about 3/4-inch thick
3/4 cup Italian dressing *
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients
in a self-sealing bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator for
at least 20 minutes (or as long as overnight).
2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
3. Remove pork chops from bag,
discarding marinade, and place pork chops on grill grid and grill
uncovered for about 8 to 11 minutes.
