CHICKEN
FAJITAS

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds boneless,
skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 package of flour tortillas
1 jar salsa
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl,
combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, chili powder,
garlic and hot pepper sauce.
2. Place chicken breasts strips
in mixture, and turn once to coat. Marinate for 40 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a large over high heat.
4. Add chicken breasts strips
to the skillet, and sauté for 5 minutes.
5. Add the onion and green pepper,
and sauté another 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
6. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
7. Serve with warm flour tortillas,
salsa and sour cream. |
