GRILLED
ORIENTAL RIB EYE STEAKS

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 beef rib eye steaks
about 3/4 inch thick
Marinade:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sweet and tangy steak sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Combine marinade ingredients
in small bowl. Place rib eye steaks and the marinade in resealable
plastic bag; turn steaks to coat. Close bag securely and marinate
in refrigerator 1 hour.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
3. Remove steaks from marinade;
discard marinade and place rib eye steaks on grill grid over
medium.
4. Grill, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes
for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. |
