ORANGE
AND HONEY GLAZED PORK TENDERLOIN

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
Basting Sauce:
1/3 cup honey barbecue sauce
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon ginger
cracked black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons horseradish
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the grill
to medium heat.
2. Cut the pork tenderloin into 3/4 inch cubes. Thread onto skewers.
Set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey barbecue sauce, orange
marmalade, ginger, black pepper and horseradish. Set aside.
4. Place the pork kabob skewers on the heated grill grids and
cook uncovered for 15 minutes (or until done) turning frequently
and brushing frequently with basting sauce. |
