Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients:
4 lbs. country style
pork ribs
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ground mustard
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
Directions:
1. Place pork ribs in
a large shallow baking dish.
2. In medium bowl stir lemon
juice into flour until smooth, stir in molasses, honey, soy sauce,
mustard, Worcestershire and chili powder.
3. Pour over pork ribs, turning
to coat.
4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
5. Using the INDIRECT HEAT METHOD,
grill pork ribs over heat for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until
tender. |
