Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 15-30 Minutes
(Approximately 15 minutes if you use frozen green beans; and
about 30 minutes for fresh green beans - it depends if you like
it crisp or soft.)
Ready In: 30 Minutes
Makes 3 to 5 servings
Ingredients:
1/4 lb Haverhill Beef's
Beef Teriyaki, cut into strips - (You can
also increase the amount of beef to your liking, it won't affect
the taste of the vegetables, in fact it will make it more delicious
by doing so.)
1 lb green beans
1 glove garlic crush
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
2 tsp olive oil
4 tsp teriyaki sauce or soya sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a medium heated
pan, sauté the sliced garlic, onion and tomato in olive
oil, until slightly brown.
2. Then add the strips of Haverhill
Beef's Teriyaki Beef to the pan, cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the green beans and teriyaki
or soya sauce, then cover the pan. Let it cook until green beans
are slightly tender or desired texture, add salt and pepper to
taste.
4. Serve with hot baked potato
or steamed rice.
5. Enjoy!!!
